MP feeds BECE candidates

The Member of Parliament for Nkoranza South constituency, Hon Charles Konadu-Yiadom has reiterated his commitment to education in Nkoranza South constituency by taking it upon himself to feed Two thousand and twenty-five BECE candidates in the area.

The candidates will be given lunch everyday throughout the exams period to help shape them psychologically and remove all barriers that can hinder their chances of successfully writing their exams.

In addition to that, the MP has donated an amount of Ten thousand Ghana Cedis (GHs 10, 000) to the Nkoranza South Municipal Education directorate to help repair broken down vehicles to ensure effective monitoring of the BECE.

The MP has also donated 500 mono desks to the Senior High Schools (SHS) in Nkoranza south constituency.

The Nkoranza south Municipal Director of Education, Mr Sulley Alhassan receiving the cash and the desks thanked the MP for his gesture and promised to ensure effective utilization of the funds and desks.

The headmaster of Nkoranza SHS, Mr Attah Amponsah on behalf of his colleague headmasters in the constituency expressed their appreciation to the MP for the timely intervention as it will go a long way to ensure effective teaching and learning.
