DCE Inspects Abandoned Projects in Kwahu Afram Plains North

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Kwahu Afram Plains North, Hon. Kate Mawusi Babanawo, has undertaken a working visit to several communities in the district to assess the condition of abandoned development projects.

The tour took the DCE to Kwaekese, Adeemra, and Amankwakrom, where she inspected a number of stalled projects. The purpose of the visit was to evaluate their current state and identify practical steps toward their completion.

Hon. Babanawo was accompanied by the District Engineer, the District Planning Officer, the Presiding Member—who also serves as the Assembly Member for the Bampo Electoral Area—and the Assembly Member for Adeemra.

The visit forms part of the DCE’s broader commitment to ensuring that development initiatives within the district are completed and deliver their intended benefits to residents.

Authorities say further actions will be taken following the assessment to address the challenges hindering the completion of these projects.
