Located within the well-known Kwahu Mountains, the Municipality is surrounded by mountains, hills, and escarpments, creating a beautiful landscape. The area also has a natural waterfall at Monsie/Asuboni No. 3, which adds to its attraction.

Although many communities are situated in low-lying areas, others are located on the mountains, offering impressive views of the surroundings.

Despite these advantages, the tourism potential of the Municipality is yet to be fully developed. Stakeholders believe that improving the waterfall site and investing in the hospitality sector could attract more visitors.

The development of tourism is expected to create employment opportunities and support economic growth in the Kwahu West Municipality.

With the right attention and investment, Kwahu West could become an important destination for tourism in Ghana.
