Atwima Mponua Assembly Commissions New KG Block at Bayerebon No. 3

The Atwima Mponua District Assembly has commissioned a newly completed Kindergarten (KG) block at Bayerebon No. 3, marking another step towards improving educational infrastructure and creating a more conducive learning environment for young children in the community.

The facility was constructed with funding from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) and was officially commissioned as part of efforts to strengthen early childhood education within the district.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, the Assembly representative said the completion of the facility was an important investment in the educational development of children in Bayerebon No. 3.

He noted that early childhood education provides the foundation for lifelong learning, making it essential for children to have access to safe, appropriate and well-equipped learning spaces from the beginning of their educational journey.

The Assembly expressed satisfaction with the completion of the project and encouraged the school authorities, teachers, parents and the community to take proper care of the facility and ensure that it is maintained for the benefit of present and future generations.

The completion of the KG block is expected to provide young learners in Bayerebon No. 3 with an improved environment in which to begin their education while supporting teachers in delivering effective early childhood education.

The Assembly reaffirmed its commitment to investing in education and improving infrastructure across communities in the Atwima Mponua District.

The commissioning adds to ongoing efforts to provide educational facilities that meet the needs of growing communities and give children a stronger foundation for their future.
