People with disabilities, the aged, widows, orphans, women and children make up the vulnerable and excluded in society. This being imperative in West Akim Municipal needs  urgent administrative attention. People falling within this category of society do not have an organized. There is the need to create a database on their number, activities and the implementation of possible measures that will cater for them adequately according to the focus of the government.
