“Nsawam Adoagyiri Assembly Supports BECE Candidates with Mathematical Sets”

The Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly, led by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Philibert Selorm Fummey, has handed over 4,080 mathematical sets to the Municipal Education Directorate to support candidates ahead of the upcoming Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

The initiative is aimed at easing the burden on students and ensuring that all candidates have the necessary tools to sit for their examinations with confidence.

Presenting the items, Hon. Philibert Selorm Fummey emphasized the Assembly’s commitment to improving education outcomes within the municipality. He noted that providing essential learning materials forms part of efforts to enhance academic performance and support students to succeed.


Officials from the Education Directorate expressed gratitude to the Assembly for the timely intervention, describing it as a significant boost to candidates preparing for the examinations.

The distribution of the mathematical sets is expected to benefit 4028 candidates across the municipality and contribute to improved performance in the forthcoming BECE.
