Vision, Mission, Functions and Core Values of the Assembly

The vision of Ghana as contained in the Coordinated Programme of Economic and Social Development Policies (CPESDP, 2017-2024) is to develop “an optimistic, selfconfident and prosperous nation, through the creative exploitation of our human and natural resources, and operating within a democratic, open and fair society, in which mutual trust and economic opportunities exist for all.”

This vision is in line with the vision and Mission of the Assembly:

Vision: “A prosperous Municipality with improved social services and improved quality of life of its people”.

Mission: “To improve upon the standard of living of the people through exploitation of human and natural resources and operating within an open and fair society with economic opportunities existing for all”.
