The projects, which cut across several communities, underscore the Assembly's commitment to accelerating socio-economic development and improving the quality of life of residents through strategic investments in critical infrastructure.

The commissioned projects include the renovation of a classroom block at Kukpong, the refurbishment of the official bungalow for the District Director of Agriculture, the renovation of the girls' dormitory at the Chereponi Senior Technical School, the construction of two Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compounds, a new classroom block for the Tambong D/A Junior High School, as well as the provision of three mechanised boreholes to improve access to safe drinking water.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Chereponi, Hon. Sheini Kofi Amadu, described the projects as a clear demonstration of the Assembly's unwavering commitment to ensuring equitable and inclusive development across all communities in the district.

He noted that the interventions were designed to address critical infrastructure deficits while enhancing access to quality education, healthcare delivery, and essential social services.

According to the DCE, the Assembly remains focused on delivering development projects that directly impact the lives of residents and contribute to the overall socio-economic transformation of the district.

The Member of Parliament for Chereponi also reaffirmed his commitment to working closely with the Assembly and other stakeholders to sustain the district's development agenda and improve the welfare of the people.

Residents and community leaders who witnessed the commissioning expressed appreciation for the projects, describing them as timely interventions that would significantly improve living conditions and support the district's development aspirations.
