Karaga Assembly Inspects 24-Hour Economy Market Project to Accelerate Local Economic Growth
The Karaga Municipal Assembly has conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction of the 24-Hour Economy Market in Karaga as part of efforts to monitor the progress of work and ensure the timely completion of the flagship project.

The inspection was carried out by the Special Aide to the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr. Abdul Fatawu Azindoo, who visited the project site to assess the quality and pace of construction.
The visit forms part of the Assembly's commitment to ensuring the successful implementation of the government's 24-Hour Economy initiative, which seeks to stimulate economic activities, create sustainable employment opportunities, and promote inclusive local development.
During the inspection, Mr. Abdul Fatawu Azindoo interacted with the contractors and urged them to maintain high construction standards while adhering to the project timeline to facilitate its timely completion.
He reaffirmed the Assembly's commitment to delivering quality infrastructure that meets the needs of residents and contributes to the long-term socio-economic development of the municipality.
According to him, the 24-Hour Economy Market is expected to become a major commercial hub that will improve trading activities, expand business opportunities, create jobs, and enhance livelihoods for residents of Karaga and its surrounding communities.
