The Municipal Chief Executive, Mr. Parke-Davis Magyigbe who gave the assurance in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com disclosed that urban roads in about 13 communities in the Municipality especially Jasikan to kwamekrom, Okajakrom and wrawra roads would be rehabilitated as soon as possible.

According to Mr. Magyigbe, the Assembly has engaged with the Roads Minister and the urban roads and he has been assured by the Minister for improvement of these roads for these communities.

Mr. Parke- Davis Magyigbe stated that though he is keen to ensure improvement on the deplorable roads in the municipality, the finance of the Assembly cannot cope with such investment and it will take the intervention of the central government to have the road fixed.

Adding they will continue to knock at the doors of authorities to have their road problems addressed.
