The Executive Committee, chaired by the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Paul Osae Offei, reviews and deliberates on recommendations from various Sub-Committees to ensure that key issues affecting the municipality receive the necessary attention.

The recommendations are subsequently presented to the General Assembly for consideration and approval, before being implemented through the appropriate administrative processes.

The approach promotes collaboration, accountability and transparency in local administration, while ensuring that decisions are carefully considered to support the municipality’s development agenda.
