Aside the worse hit areas in the Volta Region particularly North, South and Central Tongu districts, many other districts in the Volta Region including Keta, Anlo, Ketu South, North and South Dayi, and Kpando all have their fair share of destructions.

Asuogyaman district in the Eastern Region, Shai Osu-Doku, Ada East and West in the Greater Accra Region all have foul experiences with the flood.

The continuous spillage of the Akosombo Dam, which resulted in the magnitude of floods being experienced in the lower parts of the dam, submerging entire communities under water particularly Mepe in the North Tongu District is yet to stop, so it is unlikely there is any end in sight anytime soon.

The Oti Region with districts like Krachi West and East, and Krachi Nchumuru are all reeling under the weight of the floods.

In Central Gonja residents in communities in Buipe have become victims as some 500 individuals are currently housed in schools forcing the introduction of a shift system among the schools.

With many people losing practically everything including their personal belongings the call to government, corporate institutions, and individuals has intensified to provide relief items of all kinds to provide some decent living to the affected areas until they are able to regain their lives.
