The ambulance, which plays a critical role in emergency response and healthcare delivery within the municipality, had remained non-operational for several years, affecting the Assembly's ability to provide timely emergency transportation services.

Through the intervention and commitment of MCE, the ambulance has now been fully repaired and returned to operation, bringing relief to residents and healthcare providers across the municipality.

The restoration of the vehicle forms part of the Assembly's broader efforts to strengthen public service delivery and improve access to emergency healthcare services.

Speaking on the development, Hon. Selorm, reiterated his commitment to addressing challenges affecting essential public services and ensuring that critical assets of the Assembly are maintained and utilized for the benefit of residents.

He also acknowledged the support and leadership of His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama in promoting policies and interventions aimed at improving the welfare of Ghanaians and enhancing service delivery across the country.

The return of the ambulance to active service is expected to significantly improve emergency response operations and support healthcare institutions within the municipality in attending to urgent medical cases.
