Wassa Amenfi East Assembly Distributes 100 Livelihood Items to PWDs

The Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Assembly has distributed 100 livelihood support items to Persons Living with Disabilities (PWDs) across the municipality.

The initiative aims to promote economic empowerment, social inclusion, and sustainable livelihoods by equipping beneficiaries with tools to start businesses, expand ventures, and generate income.

Items presented included deep freezers, fufu pounding machines, electrical and manual sewing machines, ovens, and other equipment tailored to the needs of the recipients.

Beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the Assembly, describing the support as a valuable opportunity to improve their businesses and enhance their livelihoods.

The Assembly reaffirmed its commitment to inclusive development, stressing that no resident will be left behind in the municipality’s growth agenda.
