NGOs
Non-Governmental Organizations and Community-Based Organizations
Currently, there are a number of NGOs operating in the District. These include; Masara N’Aziki, Community Development Alliance (CDA), UNICEF GH., Pro-Net North and WIDOW. The presence of NGOs have complemented the Assembly’s unending quest to improving the living conditions of the people as these organizations contribute immensely in policy formulation, implementation and monitoring the outputs as well as evaluating the outcomes of the development process.
