HEALTH SECTOR
Good health is critical to socio-economic development. The health status of the citizenry is a critical indicator of their productivity. The Ho West District is endowed with 20 health facilities of various category of which one is private clinic (Gisela Memorial Clinic, AbutiaKpota).

This situation shows that, more curative nurses and community health nurses are needed to manage the various facilities.Educational campaign on good environmental sanitation within communities and schools.
