The district is currently served by 13 health facilities, comprising three Health Centres and ten Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) Compounds, which together form the backbone of primary healthcare delivery. These facilities provide essential services including maternal and child health care, disease prevention, and basic clinical services, particularly in rural and hard-to-reach communities.

The District Health Directorate, located in Yunyoo, coordinates health service delivery, planning and monitoring across the district, ensuring effective supervision and improved service outcomes.

Health officials note that while coverage has improved, continued investment in facility expansion, staffing and medical equipment will be vital to meeting the growing health needs of the population.

With its expanding network of health facilities, Yunyoo-Nasuan District remains focused on strengthening primary healthcare, improving health outcomes and promoting community well-being.
