Hon. Nkansah highlighted that this exercise is not merely a one-time event but a continuous campaign to ensure that all unauthorized structures and businesses comply with established building and safety regulations.
He pointed out that many individuals affected by this enforcement have expanded their operations beyond the limits of their approved permits—some of which were issued as long as eight years ago—and have not taken steps to regularize their activities with the Assembly. Such actions, he emphasized, pose risks to the safety and well-being of both residents and the surrounding community.

The Ablekuma Central Municipal Assembly remains committed to safeguarding lives and property while ensuring that all developments within its jurisdiction adhere to the highest standards of safety, planning, and environmental responsibility.
