Of the total, 39 PWDs engaged in petty trading received GHS 4,000 each, while two others received GHS 5,000 each, bringing the number of beneficiaries in petty trade to 41.

Twelve PWDs involved in agriculture received GHS 48,000 in total GHS 4,000 each to boost their efforts in the sector. Caregivers and parents of children with disabilities in the municipality received GHS 44,000, with each beneficiary getting GHS 4,000.

In the healthcare sector, 12 beneficiaries received GHS 74,000 as health support, while seven PWDs received GHS 12,200 toward their education.

The municipality also extended support to associations of persons with disabilities: the Ghana Blind Union received GHS 10,000, the Ghana Federation of the Disabled received GHS 10,000, and the Ghana Society of the Physically Disabled received GHS 20,000.
