Birim Central MCE Hands Over Student Desks to Improve Learning Conditions

The Municipal Chief Executive for Birim Central, Solomon Brako Kusi, has officially handed over student desks to the Municipal Education Director as part of efforts to improve teaching and learning conditions within the municipality.

The presentation follows the recent commissioning of classroom blocks in the area, with the Assembly taking further steps to ensure that students have the necessary furniture to support effective learning.

Speaking during the handover ceremony, Hon. Solomon Brako Kusi noted that providing classroom infrastructure alone is not enough unless it is complemented with essential learning resources such as desks.

According to him, creating a conducive learning environment remains a priority for the Assembly as it continues to invest in the educational sector.

“This initiative reflects our dedication to supporting education and ensuring that our students have access to essential learning facilities,” he stated.

The MCE emphasized that education remains a key pillar of development and assured residents that the Assembly will continue to collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the educational sector and invest in the future of children within the municipality.

He added that improving educational infrastructure and learning conditions will contribute significantly to academic performance and overall development in Birim Central.
