According to him, the logo and theme for this year’s 6th March celebration truly depicts the Akufo-Addo administration's commitment to bring all hands on deck to ensure the matching forward of the country.

"I think the logo is simple but very deep, the logo clearly shows that all hands must be on deck. I think we all have to come together irrespective of where you find yourself, so that we can all work and move this country forward".

His comments come exactly a day after the committee presented an estimated budget to President for approval at the seat of government, the "Flagstaff House".

At least GHs20 million is expected to be pumped into the celebration and Government is however said to be relying on corporate bodies and philanthropists to raise the amount.

But speaking in an interview with the press, the soft-spoken manager said he believes that the committee was indeed modest with their budget, adding that the benefits of the celebration could go beyond the cost involved if properly planned.

He reiterated by calling on all Ghanaians to rally behind the new government to ensure they deliver on their promises.
