GEA, Mastercard Foundation Support Young Entrepreneurs with Start-Up Kits in Ga East
The Ghana Enterprises Agency, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, has distributed start-up kits to young entrepreneurs trained in food processing under the BizBox Project at the Ga East Municipal Assembly.

The initiative forms part of efforts to empower youth with practical skills and resources to establish and grow sustainable businesses within the agribusiness sector.
The Member of Parliament for Dome-Kwabenya, Elikplim Akurugu, noted that the intervention represents a significant opportunity for young people to build successful agribusiness ventures and improve their economic prospects.
The Municipal Chief Executive for Ga East, Edmund Agboh, also urged beneficiaries to make effective use of the support provided to expand their businesses and enhance their livelihoods.
Beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the Ghana Enterprises Agency and the Mastercard Foundation for the support, describing it as timely and impactful.
