Akrofuom: Assembly commissioned a Modern Classroom block at Manukrom

The commission was done by the District Chief Executive, Hon Gariba Mustapha Mohammed, supported by the District Coordinating Director Mr, David Dokli, the Ag. District Director of Education, Mr Charles Baah and the chief of Manukrom, Nana Owusu Manu II.
Addressing the gathering, Hon. Gariba reiterated the Assembly's commitment to continue with any legacy project that was given to them by the previous administration, adding that those projects were financed with state funds.
He urged the community to accept the facility as their own and take good care of it to serve many more generations.
He also promised that the Assembly will prioritize building a six classroom block for the community in its next budget.
Mr. Baah also thanked the Assembly for continuously supporting the Educational sector with logistics and infrastructure to aid teaching and learning in the district.
He again urged the users to take good care of it.
Nana Owusu Manu II was extremely grateful to the government and the Assembly and assured that the community will take good care of the school block for many generations to come and use.
Nana Manu II also appealed to the Assembly to construct a Teachers bungalow for teachers posted into the community to work.
