The school currently has a deficit of over 800 desks.
The donation, led by PTA Chair, Mr. Seth Kpedor, was made to the school’s leadership.
Receiving the desks on behalf of the school, Headmaster Mr. Francis Kudolo expressed heartfelt gratitude to the PTA for its timely intervention and continuous support.
Mr. Kudolo underscored the severity of the furniture shortage and appealed to other stakeholders—including alumni, corporate bodies, and philanthropic individuals—to support the college in resolving the issue.
He also acknowledged the recent contribution of 40 desks from Professor Ben Q. Honyenuga, Vice-Chancellor of Ho Technical University, and commended the gesture as an example of meaningful alumni engagement.
In a related development, the Headmaster announced that a sod-cutting ceremony for the reconstruction of the school’s main entrance gate is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20.
The project is being financed by the American chapter of the Bishop Herman Old Boys Union (BHOBU).
“We are grateful for the support received so far and hope that more partners will come on board to improve teaching and learning conditions in the school,” Mr. Kudolo said.
