Mr. Asiamah was accompanied by some top officials of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) and the Nations Sports Authority (NSA) when the trophy at stake in this year’s edition of the President’s Cup match was presented to the Veep at the Flagstaff House.

In his response, the Vice noted it was his hope that the two most decorated football clubs in Ghana’s history, Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will put up an entertaining encounter.

The Phobia boys will play rivals, Asante Kotoko in Kumasi at the “Baba Yara” Sports stadium, when they both face each other on July 2, 2017.

This will be the third time the two heavyweights in Ghana football would engage each other after a back- back encounter in the Ghana @ 60 Cup in Accra and Kumasi some few months back.
