The projects inspected included the construction of a six-unit classroom block with toilet facilities at Famkwaa, a Community-Based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compound at Bodaa, a kindergarten block at Anunguano, and a two-storey dormitory block at the Gonasua TVET .

According to the Municipal Chief Executive, the inspection formed part of the Assembly’s strategy to strengthen its monitoring and supervision mechanisms in the execution of development projects.

She explained that the exercise would ensure contractors remain committed to delivering quality work, guarantee value for money, and promote the judicious use of public funds.

Hon. Watara further reiterated the Assembly’s commitment to ensuring the equitable distribution of development projects across the municipality and urged communities yet to benefit to remain patient as the development agenda is progressively rolled out.
