Jaman South Commissions New Fire Service Post to Boost Community Safety

The Jaman South Municipal Assembly has taken a significant step toward enhancing community safety and well-being with the commissioning of a new Fire Service post under the legacy project of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama.

The newly commissioned fire station is expected to provide critical emergency response services and expand the operational capacity of the Ghana National Fire Service within the municipality.

Speaking at the event, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Siata Watara, emphasized that the project symbolizes progress and development in Jaman South.

She noted that the fire station reflects her commitment to improving the quality of life of residents and ensuring their safety and well-being.

According to her, the facility will enable the Fire Service to respond more effectively to emergencies, thereby reducing the risk of loss of life and property.
