The PTA chairman Mr. Yakubu Iliyas Salifu, who presented the desks to the School’s Principal said, it has been a dream of the PTA to solve the furniture deficit in the School.

However, Mr. Yakubu hinted that, there is still more to be done stressing that, the School has a population of about three thousand 3000 students, and first years are still reporting at a time the School cannot boast of having even One thousand five hundred (1500) furniture.

He therefore, asserted that, the PTA will continue to work assiduously to raise funds to make more furniture for the School.

Meanwhile, Principal of the Wa Technical Institute, Mr. Saaka Adams who received the furniture on behalf of Management of the Institute, commended the PTA for their good work over the years and encouraged them to do more.

He also seized the opportunity and appealed to the old bones of the School and the general public to come to their aid in order to avert the furniture deficit.
