SAWLA: Drilling and installation of boreholes underway in 8 towns

Some infrastructure projects have begun in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba district to assist improve the lots of the residents in the area.

Some infrastructure projects have begun in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba district to assist improve the lots of the residents in the area.

In an address delivered by the DCE, Mr. Isaac Mumuni Dramani in a recent assembly sitting, he indicated that at least drilling of some 8 no. boreholes is currently underway in the area.

The projects are all being powered in the respective beneficiary towns through a District Development Facility (DDF).

Meanwhile, inhabitants at Goyiri community would soon be able to access primary healthcare services to resolve their health matters in the area.

This would soon be realized through the establishment of a Community Based Health Planning and Services(CHPS) centre which is currently under construction to aid the local folks in quality healthcare delivery.
