MADINA:Assembly to complete all inherited projects

The Municipal Coordinating Director of the La Nkwantanan/Madina Municipal Assembly,  Dramani Saaka has disclosed that the assembly is looking forward to completing all uncompleted development projects that were inherited from the Ga East Municipal Assembly from which LaNMA was curved.

The Municipal Coordinating Director of the La Nkwantanan/Madina Municipal Assembly,  Dramani Saaka has disclosed that the assembly is looking forward to completing all uncompleted development projects that were inherited from the Ga East Municipal Assembly from which LaNMA was curved.

Accordingly, the assembly is planning a field trip to all ongoing projects sites to first identify them, ascertain their viability, level of completion, as well as how much work needed to be done to have them fully completed. This he noted is very important to ensure value for money and provide them with the requisite information towards instituting new development projects.

The MCD however stated that while they work to complete the inherited projects some new ones that the assembly deemed very important would also commence to ensure they bring the needed relief to their people.

 Mr. Saaka said the team at the assembly is poised to deliver and would not rest on its ores to improving conditions at sectors that have challenges.

In view if this, the assembly has already provided streetlights at some parts of the municipality as a way to improve security and complement efforts of the police patrol in the municipality. A new Nissan Pick-up has also been bought to facilitate work at the assembly.
