KETA:Gov’t inaugurates three roads

Some three feeder roads constructed by government in the Keta Municipality have been inaugurated.

Some three feeder roads constructed by government in the Keta Municipality have been inaugurated.

The roads which were constructed at a Cost of GH¢ 1.5 Million with funds from the African Development Bank (AFDB)include Gavivina Beach, Cape St. Paul Beach Road, and Mishiso Beach Road.

The 5.7 Kilometer roads are geared towards boosting Agricultural especially the transportation of vegetables to marketing centres and for export.

The Municipality Produces 60 Per Cent of the country’s fresh vegetable chilli pepper for exports. it is believed that the improve roads would enhance mass production but reduce post harvest losses, and this would better the economy of the farmers.
