About 300 pupils in the Bawjiase St. Francis Primary School in the Awutu Senya District are currently benefiting from the School Feeding Programme. 

However the move is expected to go a long way to help improve education in the area.

Speaking in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com, the assemblyman for the area, Richmond Ababio Tetteh expressed delights about government’s persistent effort to support education especially in the community and called for more of such initiative.

He said the initiative will augment the school’s newly constructed classroom block and consequently raising the standard of education to a prefered level.
