Students in the Bawjiase DC Junior High School in the Awutu Senya District of the Central Region have benefited from a new Information Communication Technology Center to improve its teaching and learning in the school. 

The project which received its funding from the European Union has been completed but the building was left abondoned for some time now.

Disclosing this in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com, the assemblyman for the area, Richard Ababio, however stated that the assembly has assured the community to as soon as possible stock the facility with computer to enable its use.

He further revealed the completion of a new 3-unit classroom block for the Bawjiase Presbyterian Primary School to improve teaching and learning in the area.

According to the assemblyman, the said project was partially funded through the CBRTD in collaboration with the assembly. He however added that the project was completed and currently in use.
