The Chereponi district has taken turn to benefit from the establishment of an ambulance service being deployed by government to ensure swift response to emergency situations in the whole country.

Following this, the district has recently taken delivery of one ambulance vehicle to assist it take care of emergency health situations effectively in the area.

In this regard, a total cost of GHS 39,000 is being spent on the arrangement of a place to station the facility with ancillary offices attached to it, DCE for the area, Alhaji Seidu Issah Abbah disclosed.

Interacting with Ghanadistricts.com, the DCE noted that establishment of the facility will go a long way to boost quality healthcare delivery in the area.

He said all things being equal works on the project are due to be completed in two months time.
