Work is almost completed on a 2 storey administration block for the Abankwaman Senior High School (SHS) in the Assin South District to enhance administrative work in the school.

In an interview with Ghanadistricts.com, a Public Relations Officer for the Assembly, Samuel Asiedu noted that the ongoing project was also aimed at improving upon the school’s infrastructure deficit.

He expressed optimism that the project will be completed before 2013.

Meanwhile the assembly has also completed works on 4 separate semi-detach teachers’ quarters at kwame-Amoaben to improve teacher’s accommodation in the area.
