Dr. Stanislaus Alu Akadingdi has received DCE nod as he polled 33 out of 49 votes cast representing 67 percent by the Kassena Nankana East Municipal Assembly.

He is then automatically confirmed as the MCE for Kassena-Nankana East Municipal and will lead the affairs of the assembly for the next four years.


Speaking in Navrongo during the confirmation of Dr. Akadingdi, Deputy Upper East Regional Minister, Mr. Daniel A. Syme, thanked the assembly members for confirming the nominee adding that it would now pave the way for the release of some funding packages such as the District Development Fund [DDF] and the Urban Grant.
