The ruling NDC’s vision to provide second cycle institutions  with adequate infrastructure before any further action of free Senior High School is implemented seems to have taken effect as most SHS’s in the country have started receiving massive infrastructural boost.

The construction of Dinning and Assembly halls, classroom and administration blocks, and domitories for students has become the order of the day as government is constinuously doing its best to improve SHS’s education in the country.

Asankragwa Senior High School in the Wassa Amenfi West District has been hit with this recent infrastructure provision as the school has benefited from a 6-unit classroom block to improve teaching and learning.

However the school is relatively expected to benefit from similar projects to match-up its current increased enrolment level after the 4-year educational policy was implemented by the previous administration.

Meanwhile, another 6-unit classroom has also been completed at Sameraboi for students in the the Catholic Junior School.
