A standard 4 unit teachers’ quarters facility has been secured for teachers at Banda-Nkwanta in the Bole District to remedy the stress they go through in accommodation issues.

The provision of accommodation for teachers has essentially become very compelling package given to teachers nowadays to ensure that teachers are better of in terms of their welfare to enable efficient productivity in classrooms.

Alhaji Seidu Samson Abudu who revealed this to Ghanadistricts.com in an interview said the facility has also been given a touch with an additional set of furniture set in the rooms to enhance it.

He said the move is gradually been replicated across-board in almost all the communities of the district to ensure that the district provides the needed infrastructure in the educational circles to contribute to the promotion of quality education in the area.

Also in the same community, the assembly has finished the construction of a 2 no. 6 unit classroom block facility to boost teaching and learning in some basic schools of the area.

The schools included Roman Catholic primary and D/A primary respectively.

This project however forms part of the numerous project anchored by the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETfund) in the district.
