Some school projects ongoing concurrently in two communities in the Karaga district have both reached advance stages of works.

Some school projects ongoing concurrently in two communities in the Karaga district have both reached advance stages of works.

It is therefore expected that both structures which are 3 unit classroom block projects will be completed by the end of the year as contractors are busily discharging works and putting finishing touches on the facilities.

Interacting with Ghanadistricts.com, the DCE for the area, Sulemana Hussein Issah disclosed that both projects were undertaken in Nangu-Kpang and Bishiegu communities.

He reiterated that the project ongoing at Nangu-Kpang is captured under the District-Wide Assistance Project whiles the other at Bishiegu was also powered through the District Development Fund(DDF).

According to him, the Nangu-Kpang project is receiving painting works, and will finish off shortly, however works on the new school block at Bishiegu is at the roofing level.
