The Talensi-Nabdam District Assembly is making great efforts to raise the standard of education across-board in all schools located in the district through the improvement in infrastructure.

To this end, it is leaving no stone unturned to providing better facilities and quality environment to make teaching and learning more comfortable for school children.

Highlighting this issue in an interaction with Ghanadistricts.com, Mr. Ameen Salifu recounted that the Assembly has in this instance yearned to rehabilitate a 6 unit classroom block at Kataah, a community in the district.

He said an amount of GHS 43,000 sourced from the District Development Fund (DDF) was used as budget to accomplish the project.

The project has duly been completed and taken over by the Assembly, to make way for pupils to occupy it for smooth conduct of teaching and learning activities.
