N JUABEN: Out-going Eastern Regional Minister lauded for good works

Traditional Authorities in the Eastern Region have lauded the outgoing Minister, Helen Adwoa Ntosoh for spearheading efforts to bring peace to the region.

Traditional Authorities in the Eastern Region have lauded the outgoing Minister, Helen Adwoa Ntosoh for spearheading efforts to bring peace to the region.

Speaking at a send off party organized by the Regional Co-ordinating Council (RCC) at the Residency in Koforidua, the Mamfehene, Nana Ansah Sasraku noted that Madam Ntosoh’s performance had been a great inspiration to people in the region and motivated others particularly women to venture into leadership positions.

He pledged the support of traditional authorities for the in-coming Minister, Julius Debrah in his endeavours.

The Deputy Eastern Regional Minister, Mavis Ama Frimpong said the fruitful relationship that existed between her and the out-going Minister enabled them to achieve some successes.

The Dean of the Districts Chief Executives (DCEs) Hon. Samuel Kwabi described the out-going minister as an affable but firm person who did not discriminate against anyone but brought all together to accelerate the development of the region.

Madam Ntosoh thanked the traditional authorities, the RCC and the people of the Eastern Region for their support during her tenure as the Regional Minister and urged them to provide the same assistance to the in-coming Minister.
