Most projects initated by the Bosomtwe District Assembly in the Ashanti Region were completed before the end of the year 2012.

They included major projects in health, education, sanitation among others.

Highlights of among the endless list of projects includes a doctors bungalow and office block for the district works department at Kuntanase, a police administration block,  a semi detached nurses quarters at Amokom, hostel facility for the Midwifery training School at Pramso and clinic at Abono.

Others are  the construction of a nurses quarters at Oyoko  and completion of a number of school projects at Beposo SHS, 12 seater WC toilet at Abono, and renovation of the Methodist school at brodekwano.

Within the same year, the Bosomtwe District Assembly, headed by the Chief Executive, Mr. Edward Nti Berko, supported persons with disability with GHs60,000.00 to enable them take hold of their economic lives.

The 55 Assembly members also received motorbikes as part of the Better Ghana Agenda to improve their mobility within the District.
