Mr. Foster Joseph Andoh, DCE for Twifo Heman Lower Denkyira has said residents of Twifo-Ati Mokwa District (formerly Twifo Heman Lower Denkyira) will forever be grateful to him for contributing his quota for the development of the area.

According to him, the legacy and foundations he laid during his tenure of office as DCE for the Twifo-Ati Mokwa District Assembly was worthy of praise.

The DCE said he would be remembered for being the DCE who extended four and half kilometers of water to the entire Twifo-Ati Mokwa township to enable greater number of the people to have access to potable water”.

“During my tenure of office, I was able to tarr most of the roads which were in deplorable states,” he added.
Mr. Andoh told Ghanadistricts.com in an interview that under his leadership he executed educational projects, school-feeding programmes and improved revenue generation, among others.

Mr. Foster Joseph Andoh is to takeover the administration of the newly created THLD District and handover the Twifo Ati Mokwa District Assembly (mother district) to Mr. Bossman Osei Hyiaman.

He believes his presense in the new district is in the right direction since his major plans would be to champion the Better Ghana agenda.
