(ATIMATIM) AFIGYA KWABRE: Atimatim School computers broken down
Thirteen computers of the Lighthouse Preparatory and Junior High School at Atimatim in the Afigya Kwabre District have broken down and the situation has affected the teaching of the Information Communication Technology.

Thirteen computers of the Lighthouse Preparatory and Junior High School at Atimatim in the Afigya Kwabre District have broken down and the situation has affected the teaching of the Information Communication Technology.
Mr. King Frimpong-Manso, Headmaster of the school, told the GNA that the computers were part of the 35 computers donated to the school two years ago by Equip Africa, a non-governmental organisation based in the US.
Mr. Frimpong-Manso said the computers had improved the teaching of the ICT in the school.
He commended the teachers for their hard work towards enhancing the performance of the school in the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
Mr. Kwabena Sarfo, Manager of the school, said Assemblies of God Church, owners of the school and the Parent/Teacher Association, have presented two buses to the school.
He said management of the school had also instituted an award scheme for the teachers to motivate them.
