Anloga DCE Donates Life Jackets to Enhance Water Safety for Boat Operators

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Anloga Sandra Seyram Kpedor has partnered with the District Environmental Health Officer and Assembly Members from the Anyanui Electoral Area to donate protective life jackets to boat operators serving the Anyanui Torkor, Fuveme, and Ada Foah routes.

This initiative is part of the District Assembly's ongoing efforts to promote safety on the Volta Lake and to prevent potential water accidents, thereby protecting the lives of both commuters and boat operators who depend on water transport for their daily activities.

During the donation event, the DCE took the opportunity to urge boat operators and owners to ensure the strict and consistent use of these life jackets at all times, emphasizing the importance of safety in their operations.
