The Member of Parliament for Tolon constituency, Wahab Suhiyini Wumbei has managed to fund the rehabilitation of three boreholes for inhabitants at Gbanjogla to meet the provisions on basic amenities for the people.

He claimed the project was powered through his own resources, adding that a sum of GHS 380.00 was expended on the completion of the whole project in the area.

Speaking to Ghanamps.gov.gh, Mr Wahab Wumbei disclosed that the inhabitants who were earlier struggling to access potable water as a result of these broken down boreholes were hitherto enjoying rapid flow of water without any sort of challenge.

He said he shared in the plight of his people, especially those in the deprived communities, hence expressed his commitment to help improve the quality lives of his constituents.

According to him, improving the water situation forms part of his core priorities in his bid to support the development of the area, thus he will ensure that there would be tremendous improvement in expansion of potable water under his watch as the MP.
