Five (5) new appointees were last week sworn in as memebers of the Konongo District Assembly.

The five members were Mr Agyapong Baodi, Mr R.S. Nyame, Mr John Agbesi Kennedy, Mr Jones Emmanuel (Nana) Ofori Amanfo, and Mr Kennedy Osei Sampo.

The five members promised to work harder and contribute their utmost to build the District and foster unity among all members.

The outgoing PM urged the new members to dedicate themselves to the course of the Assembly since the task was a difficult one and required devotion and above all, togetherness and unity to fight worthy courses.
