District Chief Executive for the South Dayi District Assembly, Kafui Semenu Bekui has disclosed that the Assembly is undertaking a vital project for drivers at Kpeve by constructing a modern Lorry station for them in the area.

District Chief Executive for the South Dayi District Assembly, Kafui Semenu Bekui has disclosed that the Assembly is undertaking a vital project for drivers at Kpeve by constructing a modern Lorry station for them in the area.

He said this is to spur growth and development in the area as the project seeks to offer an organized and a common place for drivers, commuters, and passengers to engage in their various activities in a conducive environment.  

Highlighting this in an interview with Ghanadistrict.com, the DCE unveiled that the project is on course in the area, indicating that all the drains have been completed with contractors currently laying pavement blocks at the project site.

He said the move is a demonstration of the Assembly’s commitment to improve the general wellbeing of residents of the district, through the execution of some crucial projects across-board.
