The South Dayi District Assembly has significantly revitalised its water system to cover 13 communities with the supply of Pipe borne water.

The South Dayi District Assembly has significantly revitalised its water system to cover 13 communities with the supply of Pipe borne water.

To this end, communities such as Tsate, Kaira, Dzemini, Agordeke, Toh-Kpalime, Kpalime-Duga, Gongor-Ahor and Tsanakpe amongst others will get lasting solutions to their challenges in water issues.

Also Tongor-Kpalime a community of the district is to obtain sustainable water provision as a new water project has recently been accomplished at the area.

Kafui Semenu Bekui, District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area has said inhabitants will start enjoying the facility very shortly.

Highlighting this in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com he hinted that the system have been duly tested following the completion of the whole project, therefore stressed that the Assembly is at the moment embarking on training of vendors who will manage the facilities.

He reiterated that these were all efforts geared towards improving the living conditions of residents of the district.
