Work has finally been completed on the construction of a new steel bridge at Eshirow, a subsrb community in the Mfantseman Municipality in the Ceantral Region to improve transportation in the area.

The project was also aimed at connecting the town and other smaller communities to ensure the transportation of not only people but also farm produce as well.

Mr. Henry Kweku Hayfron,  Chief Executive of the assembly however confirmed that the project, funded through the District Assembly’s Common Fund was duly completed and handed over for use.

Meanwhile, the assembly has also evacuated a heaped-up refuse at the Anomabo Beach to improve sanitation in the area.
